You may not use my artworks for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the artworks or the Service without express written permission by me.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY AND PRICES
Prices for my artworks are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.
SECTION 4 – ORIGINAL ARTWORKS AND SALES
The artworks available on this site are unique, handmade original pieces. I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my paintings. However, I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate. All sales are governed by my Refund Policy, which states that all sales are final due to the unique and delicate nature of original fine art.
SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at my store. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in my sole judgment, appears to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including texts, images, and the artworks themselves, is the exclusive property of Luisa Oreglia and is protected by international copyright laws. The purchase of a physical original painting does not transfer to the buyer any rights for reproduction or commercial exploitation of the image, which remain solely with the artist.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND LIABILITY
Artworks are shipped with professional packaging and dedicated insurance, as specified in my Shipping Policy. In no event shall Luisa Oreglia be liable for damages beyond the value of the purchased artwork and the insurance coverage provided by the carrier.
SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby I provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the artist’s place of residence (Piedmont, Italy).
